The Cupcake Experience soared to new heights when The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond shared The Cupcake Experience to her followers and it then became a over night sensation.  During this 8 hour day Cupcake Bootcamp, you will learn: 9:30am - Making my Crusted Buttercream Frosting. This is the frosting needed to be able to create these beautiful floral designs 10am - how to color frosting for beautiful vibrant colors 10:30am - how to freeze cupcakes and store ore made frosting 11am - learn floral decorating on your cupcakes,  3 designs.  We will be working with piping tips, 1M roses, 123 peony, 126 open flower and poppy flower and 366 leafs  12pm - lunch will be provided 1pm - Floral decorating continued. You will learn 3 more floral frosting designs. 3pm - break, snacks will be provided 3:30pm - monogram cupcakes assembly. Learn how to place and decorate the letter box. 4pm - how to photograph your cupcakes. How to package your cupcakes. How to market your new floral designs. 6pm - End of day Each participant will receive a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION All items needed for class will be provided for you except for cupcakes to practice on. You will need to bring your own 1 dozen cupcakes.
